I don't blog anymore, apparently. I just Google things.

Inspired by a recent maxpost, these are the top Google auto-complete suggestions (not the search results), in order, for the phrase "there are":

"there are 4 lights"
Okay, there's your Internet for you.  All you need to do is start positing the existence of something, the Internet's first assumption is that you must be making a reference to Star Trek: The Next Generation.

"there are no children here"
I think that was the required summer reading book for all freshmen entering UNC in my class.  A couple years later it was the Koran and there was a big controversy and The Daily Show interviewed Prof. Kirkpatrick from the English department.  He was very cool.  I never had a class with him but I did go to three different events where he spoke.

"there are places i remember"
The song's title is actually "In My Life."  But that search will probably find what you're looking for.

"there are worse things i could do lyrics"
So that's another insight about the Internet - we apparently like music but need help remembering the words and/or titles of songs.

"there are places i'll remember all my life lyrics"
Okay. First of all those aren't the lyrics -- the previous one was right, it's "places I remember," not "places I'll remember," even though the latter would be more grammatically correct.  Secondly, whoever is searching for this needs to learn about not putting in a bunch of useless words in your search.  As I said, the shorter search above will find what you're looking for: in fact the top three results (for the shorter search) are the lyrics.

"there are no atheists in foxholes"
Presumably because foxes have not yet developed a spiritual belief system that posits a personal Deity.

"there are no children here summary"
For people who didn't actually want to read the book.  It was kind of a drag, to be honest, but did make some interesting points.  I still have my copy somewhere if you'd like to have a look.  And are in the Copenhagen area.

"there are"
Getting some recursion here! Me like! Okay so when you actually search for "there are," the first six results are about English grammar.  The seventh is a YouTube video of the "there are four lights" scene from Star Trek.

"there are two types of bad drivers"
I had to look this one up.  Apparently it's from a California driver's ed exam.  The correct answer is "Aggressive and Unaware," which could also be the title of a biography of a recent former President of the United States.

"there is there are"
I like this one, so I'll end on it.  It was also the last one displayed without scrolling, so I'll end on it.  It is like a little mantra.  "There is, there are."  This could be an album title.
