NO on Proposal Two
I can't believe so many people are happy about abolishing affirmative action. Can't anyone see that now, the people who are prejudiced against are only going to be at a worse disadvantage? Women only make on average 40 cents to every man's dollar. Do you think that now, without affirmative action, women are going to be given an equal chance as men? Do you think that the middle eastern and black people that biased people hate are going to be given a chance at the jobs that they want? Prejudiced people now have free reign to hire only the certain types of people that they are comfortable with, and fire the ones they're not. Everyone is NOT equal in the eyes of a lot of people, and without affirmative action, they never will be.
