(no subject)
It's now the morning of December 26th. In less than an hour it will be 1 year after the Tsunami hit in Thailand. Last night I met a Canadian that was caught in the 2nd wave and pulled out to sea. He was pulled into a boat a minute before the biggest wave hit. I've noticed that fewer people are going out kayaking today, and currently I don't see any swimmers, I'm sure it's related.
Anyways, I did manage to do a bit of climbing yesterday and some swimming. I met a South African guy that I'll be heading out with later today and he's offered to split his guesthouse with me, as the only one I could find was about $11 a night. Between the two of us, we'll be paying less than $2 each for the bungalow, which frees up some cash for more Thai massage :) I did have my first massage yesterday, and there is nothing to complain about. On that I'm going to go have some pineapple pancakes for breakfast.
