New toy!
When I use American Express, I accumulate rewards points. Well, it had been quite some time since I redeemed them. So I did some browsing and got myself a nifty toy. I am now the proud owner of a Garmin Nuvi 350. This is a small GPS which can be taken on our upcoming trip and mounted on the dashboard.
It has maps for North America loaded in it, and will acquire a satellite GPS signal and give you directions based upon it. It also has an MP3 player, an Audible book player, and the capability to run language translaters and other add-ons. I purchased an add-on of Fodors North American restaurants and hotels. When you choose one of these sites, then it will give you directions to it as well.
