Police happenings at P&R
I got out of class tonight and a classmate drove me to the South Bellevue Park & Ride where I had caught the bus this morning. There were ten police cars blocking all of the exits. They would not allow me to stop and pick up my car. When I asked how long it would be if I waited, the officer said it could be ten minutes or two hours. I don't know what I would have done if I had caught my normal bus back. As it was, my classmate offered to drive me home.
Now I have to get up at 5:30am to be ready to catch a ride in to work with my boss. She has an 8:00am meeting. Blah!
So if you see anything on the local news to explain what was going on, I'd be interested in hearing it. It must be something somewhat serious. Gun standoff, dead body, escaped prisoner. Who knows.
