Another crack!fic crossover, but this one is considerably longer.
Placing the Moon is Harry Potter/Labyrinth, Lily/Snape, and rated G. I will love
cincoflex forever for encouraging me instead of telling me the whole thing was insane, and she schooled this one carefully--and designed the beautiful banner!
I have crossed a crossover fic with my own crossover. This is doubly amusing when you consider where I got the extra character.
For the discerning fans among you, yes, the creature is a baby
Nebrie. Don’t ask me to explain how it got there. The Labyrinth is weird.
Discerning fans will also note that half of the first riddle is from
Ladyhawke and the last two are from Kit Williams’ fantastic (in the old sense)
Masquerade. I’ve always loved that pair and was quite pleased to work them into this. The middle one I made up on my own.
If you’ve read my previous
crossovers, then you know what relationship Ariadne has with Jareth, and his desire for an heir doesn’t make any sense. But as she herself says, time is a funny thing in the Labyrinth. Since Lily and Sev are of her parents’ generation, there is already paradox present. More so if you understand why she seems sad…
Please note that Jareth said “may not”, not “cannot”. *grin*
