The Songs
There are a lot of songs that resonate in my mind all the time. There's a different song for when I wake up, when I go to sleep, when I drive, for whenever. For years these were the same songs really; there was a lot of repetition. Lately though, the songs are new, fresh. They're certainly different and at times frightening.
Things are changing like never before and the songs are changing with them. There's a different difference in these songs though. It's fantastic really, I think the size is what's really overwhelming. They are amazingly huge, deep, and heavy, so much so that I can't quite grab them yet. I am so close but not quite there yet. The old songs would've been frustrated and angry but not these new ones. They're slow to come but I know, I know they will certainly be worth the wait. Mountains aren't moved in days or even months, so with that in mind I'll just have to keep catching the rays as they come and collect them in this tiny jar.
