ah, insomnia
all my posts are at like 3 am. that's the only time i'm in my room long enough, i guess. plus, i don't ever feel like writing papers, even when they're for my favorite class. so hence the update.
so i had horrible pain last thursday, which continued to friday and included two trips to health services and a trip to bayonne hospital. today i finally got the results and it turns out i have a 2.7 cm cyst on my right ovary. when it gets to 3cm is when it's time to start worrying about it. they told me to wait til next month and see if i have more excruciating pain. if i do (and i probably will), then i get to go for another ultrasound to see how big the cyst is then, and then figure out the plan frm there. apparantly this isn't such a huge deal, but it's still kinda scary to me. there's something in me that shouldn't be there. still, it's apparantly not such a big deal though, so just say a prayer for me and remember that. (and please don't spread this around)
in other news, i had a great st patrick's day- i saw the pirate queen with my roommate. it's a new musical that's still in previews about the mist kick-ass woman ever. Grace O'Malley led her clan and led the Irish against Queen Elizabeth, kicking ass and taking names the entire way. It was quite honestly the best show i've seen. the music was awesome, the dance numbers were amazning, the story was to die for and the cast was wonderful. the lead played elphaba on the national tour of wicked, so i've already seen her in LA; she was even better in this role. my friend who is an usher at the theater got me comp tickets, so i got to see the show for free from the 3rd row. i'm still floored by the show. matt and liz are seeing it on saturday (again, thanks to clinton being awesome), and i can't wait for them to see the show so we can talk about how awesome it was.
ok, enough avoiding my paper. i've got the first draft of my theology term paper due friday, so i'm gonna be pulling another all nighter tomorrow night too. grrr.
