Call Centre madness

"Standard Bank - Inspired, Motivated, Involved"? "Out of reach" is more like it. Try meeting a consultant at your local branch, and then getting in touch with that person again. All the branches use one call centre number - that's what's listed in the telephone directory too. Try missing a call from the consultant, who leaves a message from a "private number". How the heck is one supposed to return that call!?!?
