I had mandatory Conflict Resolution Training today, in which a guy from the police (sadly not Sting) taught us how to defuse arguments and rowdy people at work (interesting but not exciting) and then if the worst comes to the worst and it gets physical, how to deflect attackers and break out of chokeholds etc. (interesting and exciting).
Kerry, being a girl who simply has to have the latest gadgets, has purchased an Iphone. Normally I'm the first to knock Apple products and diss them but having examined this gadget close up I really am impressed with its versatility, features and ease of use. I would even go as far as to say it's the first hyped-up Apple portable product that actually offers genuine value for money. Shame the user is forced to have this O2 tie in phone deal. And no I am not being paid by Steve Jobs.
