Changing the bulb

Excitingly, the hospital is now on Black Alert. I didn't know that level existed but apparently it is above even red alert. It means the hospital is completely full and patients have to be sent to other places as there are no beds at all. So in order to ease congestion on the wards we tried to prioritise x-raying patients that were able to be discharged once they had had their x-rays done.  But this sensible plan was scuppered by the stupid nurses refusing to let the patients leave the ward because it was their lunchtime. Never mind that once the x-rays were done the patients could go home, freeeing up beds - no, them having lunch on time is obviously more important.
