The car is now repaired, though it will need future work on part of the power steering which will cost £500! So I'm putting that off as long as possible. Now I can't buy scout trooper armour without a heavy guilt trip.
I have had a revolting snotty cold for the last week and I'm just now getting over it. The last couple of days I have been accumulating the items needed for the Dimension Jump costume competition. I now have to try to make a wig from scratch, using wool and tights. I have begun construction of the robot hand using a trusty Marigold and some spare LOTR SBG model bases. It will either look excellent or completely crap.
