I was browsing through modthesims2.com and stumbled across this...
a Nathan Petrelli Sim!
It was just posted yesterday, apparently. You need to have The Sims 2 in order to install it. In addition to the .RAR file available there you'll need to download the hair and jaw scar (not kidding) from different websites and also...wait for it...blue pajama bottoms.
