Haruhi walked down the street on her way to the grocery store. She did most of the cooking so she new what to get.  It was still a bit odd not having to shop on a budget, a nice kind of odd. Although she did still try and look for the best prices.

Ritsuka had his own basket down by his feet as he was doing the shopping for Yuuko-sama's home. He wouldn't be able to get her alcohol but they were running low on food again. His tail was flicking and he was annoyed as he was comparing the brands and ultimately the price between the two types of flour he should get. He knew, ultimately that they were both free but one would last longer while the other was effectively a finer grain. But he didn't know anything about cooking so he wasn't even sure if a finer grain was better or worse!

His ears bent back, he really didn't want to get both, that was such a waste. Did he get the longer or finer one though?

At first Haruhi walked past Ritsuka, she was on a mission to get food. The movement of his tail caught her eye and she stopped to look at who it belonged to. She stared at him a few before remembering him from the interview. Haruhi walks up and smiles, "Hello."

His ears shot up and then twisted towards Haruhi before his head followed. He blinked and then realized who he was speaking too and he bowed at the waist. "Hello Haruhi-san," he smiled and then saw that she was shopping as well.

Haruhi bows back and looks at him. "How are you?" she asks.

The commoner was glad to see one of the new members outside of the club. She was a little curies to see how the old members were treating the new ones. Haruhi knew that they were not happy to have their close family grow so easily.

"I'm well Haruhi-san," Ritsuka smiled at her. This was the the first time he had met Haruhi outside of the interviews, though he supposed he could say that for most of the members with Kaoru and Kyouya excluded. "And yourself?" he asked as he set the flour back onto the shelf.

"I am doing better now, Ritsuka-san" Haruhi replied glancing at the flour he set back. She watched him for a second before asking, "How are the others treating you?"

He blushed and scratched at his nose before his ears bent back and then his tail swished at the reminder of the collar that Kaoru had put on him.

"Um, they're treating me very well Haruhi-san, I've only really seen Kaoru-san outside of club. I've been dealing with... being turned into a cat for the most part," he smiled as the blushed deepened a bit.

Haruhi nods, "Thats good. I know they can be a hand full. Well many Tamaki and the twins."

The brunet had an idea of how he felt to be turned to the cat, including the irony of it. She, herself being once called the host club dog then being turned into one was almost to much to bear. Haruhi shrugs it off, "Well its over now. I didn't think it was as bad as the last body change."

"Ah, well, I don't suppose Kaoru-san's given you a collar as well? I'm rather hoping I'm not the only one he keeps calling his pet," Ritsuka blushed for a moment. He hated that he had been turned into a kitten, worse still Yuuko had pictures of it, how embarrassing.

His ears perked up and he nodded.

"Ah, yes, I'm glad it's over, but I don't think I experienced the last body-switch."

At the mention of what Kaoru had done to Ritsuka, Haruhi had a look of annoyance. It is something Kaoru would do, she sighs and mummbles, "I'll talk to him about that...It could be a time before they accept you as a member."

"Really?" Haruhi's face changes as she questions Ritsuka, a lot of people she knew had changed. "Oh, well I switched bodies with this guy. I don't even think he is still here..."
