When: Day after Kio visited Ritsuka and Yuuko

What: Ritsuka goes to get something for Yuuko, he meets the irate Rita along the way

Rita sat straight in her chair by the window at a corner tea house she had found. Her plan was to sit out where she might find someone new to question and in the mean time write her story. If there was another person who looked like her and was passing off as her then a story would bring them to the open. Her acid green quill was out and she sucked on the end of it before placing it out on a sheet of parchment and releasing it. The pen stayed in place as she began to speak to it in a very annoyed tone.
"Rita Skeeter, new reporter for the now Vortexxtimes" and the pen began to write, adding words to prim the blond witch's facts.

Ritsuka turned his head and blinked as he saw a woman at the table in the shop. His ears perked in curiosity at her irritation, and they perked even further at the sight of a quill. He wondered what world she was from.

Rita's eyes flashed up and she moved her hand in the slightly, causing the quill to come to a stop, mid word, and fall back into her hand lifeless. The green i her eyes shown as she recognized the child with cat ears. This must be some backfire of improper use of magic, and no ministry to sanction him.

"Hello." she said, in a sweet voice, trying to lure him closer.

He blinked and the blushed, realizing he had been caught staring.

"Ah, hello," he returned the greeting. Her quick movements and that quill especially made him worry a bit, but well... he did live with Yuuko-sama, he doubted anything this woman could do was as odd as the house he lived in with Yuuko and Mokona.

"What's your name, I'm Rita Sketter, reporter." she introduced flashing him a smile of real and false gold teeth. Her fingers delicately took hold of her chin as she rested her elbow upon the table to look at him.

"Aoyagi Ritsuka, it's nice to meet you Skeeter-san," he bowed his head. He had never really met a reporter before.

"Have a seat, Ritsuka, join me...I'm so lonely in this world..." she said in an overly dramatic tone, her smile growing a little wider as she crossed her arms and sat back a little more relaxed with the long green feather quill dangling from her fingers.

He got up, his head tilting in curiosity as he sat down across from her.

"Ah," at her statement his ears flattened but he could sense the over-dramatics. "You don't know anyone here Skeeter-san?"

"No...I got here a bit ago and I can't seem to locate anyone from my home..." she said in an offhanded voice, the first step was to get this child to trust her. Her eyes glanced up to look at his ears and she noticed the change, these limbs would come to serve her, because it was easier to read his feelings.

"Well Vortexx is very large Skeeter-san, so don't give up," he smiled.

He knew the feeling of being alone, when he had first gotten here he hadn't known anyone from his world was here, and then he had found out Seimei and Soubi were here and that made everything better.

"Is it? I have yet to go look myself." she said, "Would you mind helping me, i'm a reporter afterall and i do need to write a story about this place."

Her pen reappeared and it went down to a fresh sheet of paper that practically appeared itself.

He blinked at the sight of the paper and quill before lookback up at Rita.

"I don't know if I would be a good guide Skeeter-san."

"Oh nothing like that....tell me about you first..." she smiled "A child with cat ears, i do believe that is not common even in this world." she gave him her attempt at a cute face, but it looked rather forced and unfitting on her strong features.

He tried not to lean back in worry at the face she put on, he smiled politely however.

"Ah no, but in my world everyone has them up to a point."

It was true that they were not common, but in this world people could turn into dragons so it his ears weren't that much of a stretch, besides, Yuuko'sama's powers were far more impressive than his ears.

"Do they, and what makes removes them?" she asked, she caught his change in attitude, however slight it was. Her hand began to move over the paper carelessly since the pen was writing for her and she simply had to let it do so while in her hand.

He blushed, why did everyone ask that part? Couldn't they just accept that they went away.

"Ah... they leave when a child becomes an adult in my world, Skeeter-san," there, he'd leave it at that and no, he wouldn't go into depth.
