Ion wasn't pleased. Not at all. That woman...Rukia, had tried to thwart Van's plans. By giving white candies to others, she was interfering with everything. Due to the black candy's effects, he wouldn't let this slide. So, after tracking her via the devices, he set foot onto the beach, keeping his eyes out for her.
He would kill her. This wasn't something the Fon Master would ever do under normal circumstances, but he was different now... twisted thanks to Van. So, as he approached, he readied himself to strike with a Daathic Fonic Arte, even if it would sap him of his strength.
All that mattered right now was putting an end to her before she caused any more trouble.
