"I hope that's all you're having..." As Jade had already informed Gailardia that he intended to make dinner, it was a bit of a mild surprise to find him loitering int he kitchen, a drink in hand. Raising a brow and giving a slight smile, he stalked past the blond, eying the glass.

Hm.

Lemonade was not something he recalled picking up.

Guy looked up from the lemonade at Jade's approach, nodding and grinning slightly. He knew they were going to eat soon. "I was just thirsty," he replied. "And there was this kid who'd made lemonade, so I asked for some."

"How trusting of you, to have faith in the culinary arts of a child." Granted, it was only lemonade, and also granted, Jade was quite obviously teasing his current companion. "Was it worth the experiment?"

Rolling his eyes cheerfully, Guy acknowledged the teasing for what it was. "Lemon juice, water, and sugar aren't that complicated." He took another sip of his drink. "And he didn't mess up. It's really good."
