This was the first time in a while that Konata left the house. She was pleased that she was about to have a pet monkey, though she found it ironic that the monkey of the Chinese zodiac was giving it to her. She was glad she was an otaku, otherwise she would have never read Furuba back home. She wondered how the monkey would react if she hugged him. He'd probably freak, but she was still curious. Walking down the road, she finally found the house which wasn't really far from her own. Walking up the steps, Konata raised her hand and knocked on the door, hoping the monkey boy would open the door.
