"Don't strain yourself...your body will require several days of rest in order to recover." In his hand Vincent held a bottle of an odd green color, reflecting the contents inside of it. Popping the top from the glass, he poured a decent amount of the potion onto a small rag, before beginning to rub it into some of Nabooru's worst wounds.
A prickling sensation ran through her veins as he did this, but it was not an unpleasant feeling, and soon she found her wounds slowly beginning to mend themselves.

Nabooru winced slightly - by the goddesses, it hurt to even breathe - though she tried to lay as still as possible. No need to aggravate her injuries, after all. She shivered at the bizarre feeling the potion had given her, and watched as the gash in her torso started to heal itself. Nothing back home was able to do this on its own; only the faeries had had this sort of power.
Turning to Vincent, she smiled weakly. "You...you came back..." She was almost taken aback by how tiny her voice sounded, but then she remembered her final fatal injury.

"I have..." he murmured. Vincent tried to recall how he had managed to make it back here, in order to make the explanation easier to understand, but his memories had already fogged over and he was now barely able to recall how he had left here in the first place.
"I came back to find you again...so rest now. I shall protect you."

...but nevermind that for the time being. She was safe.
She laid back, swallowing back a cringe when she reached over, taking Vincent's hand in hers. "I'm...I'm sorry...about this...," she said, mentally kicking herself. Again with the apologies - but this one felt necessary.
