Although a lot of the people were queer, Luna didn't quite care because she was used to being queer herself. Strange didn't mean unkind, though, and so far the place seemed pretty nice and peaceful. She wandered around, waiting for someone to come.
I doubt I can find anything that looks any bit like Hogwarts, she thought. But I'm sure there's a large, vacant, isolated house here somewhere...
Fren, Luna's newly acquired little dog, was whining due to fatigue. He had tired itself running all about after meeting his new owner, and now probably wished for nothing other than a warm bed to sleep in.
"Hush, Fren," Luna whispered, and petted his head. Boy, did he smell.
