The air lingered with odd scents, as she got near the forest. The woman scrunched her nose a bit at the smell, but flew over it on her feather just as easily. Her blood hues watchedt he castle ahead of her. Though, this was far different from what Naraku wouldbe like, but the idea was the same. Yomi and Naraku are the same in many ways, though Yomi doesn't seem to be as fucked up as Naraku was, nor was he some measling hanyou that ordered her around. She seemed to be a messenger most the time, but she did not care. As long as the job is done, and Naraku dies, she wouldn't care who she worked for, as long as she could break free when the deal was done with. She could see the castle ahead now, and starting to feel a bit dull at its appearance. She didn't like the fact that the silver youkai had been in it, and possibly infected with fleas. How disgusting.

When she reached the castle, the wind sorceress jumped off her feather, and it becoming nothing more than her hair decoration again, and walked with her bare feet rubbing against the ground as she walked into the castle. Such a good thing she had earned a slight bit of trust from Yomi, since it was already hard enough. She had not done anything suspicious so, it didn't matter really.

Shishi had cleaned all his clothes twice, and taken a long bath just to be safe after hearing that fleas might have been tracked it. Disgusting...he wrinkled his nose as he walked down to the kitchen wearing a light blue cotton yukata, his wet blue hair pinned up. but he paused when he saw Kagura enter, he had not seen her around the castle of late. "Kagura," he nodded in polite greeting, a smirk upon his face.

"Shishiwakamaru," the woman greeted as well, but her tone was rather icy, which was normal for a cold hearted bitch as herself. The woman raised a brow a bit at what Shishi seemed to be wearing, and it looked as if he was busy doing something, since she had not seen his hair pinned above his head at all. It was an odd thing. The castle seemed clean enough, but to be safe, she just stood away from the walls and corners, and walked deeper into the castle to see the youkai more clearly, "looks like you've been busy," she added dully but sarcastically enough. A small smirk plastered on her lips as well, as she saw his smirk.

"Ugh yes, Yomi-sama told us about the potential fleas around," the samurai shuddered. "Apparently, the silver kitsune seemed to have fleas," he wrinkled his nose, he was disgusted but hardly surprised, Youko had always seemed pathetic to him. He adjusted the tied sash on his robe, not wanting it to come untied.

"Hmm... is that so?" the woman questioned in an amused tone. Word does go around easily since she reported, and as Yomi had said, he had taken drastic measures and now watching his castle for fleas. Nasty things. She was glad she didn't have fur like some youkais. Kagura looked around the place, "so I have heard. I would not expect such things would even be here, considering some facts," the woman added pointing out. She still didn't believe that the silver kitsune had been here as well. At least she would keep an eye on it more easily, than most, as well as the human that Yomi had instructed. Since she was done with one small problem, she went back to get some rest, but it didn't seem like that was going to happen any time soon.

"You knew?" he asked, surprised since he had not seen her around the castle as of late. "Word does travel fast it seems....and I suppose with fleas Lord Yomi wanted to deal with it as soon as possible, I can hardly blame him..."

"Of course I knew. How did you suppose Yomi-sama knowing such things outside of his castle. Sometimes I wonder what he does in a castle all day," Kagura retorted towards Shishi. Of course, Shishi did not know that she was wandering around outside in order to collect information for Yomi, and then reporting it to the youkai lord easily. It wasn't something that she liked doing, but it was decent enough to keep her amused and doing some sort of work, other than sit in the castle and wither away bored.

"I have no idea, he spends a lot of time alone in a room with his advisor or drinking tea, its hard to believe he is a demon lord," Shishi admitted, crossing his arms. "I assumed he...heard what goes on around here, not that he has a spy stalking a flea-ridden demon."

Shishi didn't get what she said at all did he. The samurai obviously wasn't sure about what Yomi was doing, but apparently Yomi hasn't told anyone about his secret messenger. Whatever, it doesn't matter to her, but nonetheless, she was somewhat of a spy, but in a way, she was just a messenger, and a watcher, keeping track of things outside of the castle where Yomi could not reach, or rather he chose not to reach.

Shishi was not informed of what Yomi did...for obvious reasons. "So what have you learned about Youko for spying on him?" the tengu asked with a smirk, obviously looking for something interesting.

"He's a bit clingy. I don't suppose youkai go around begging for some sort of compassionate, or loving feeling. He seems to be very clingy towards the human boy," the woman replied faintly tot he youkai. There was more, but she only answered what was asked, and she found it pointless to tell something that wasn't asked in the first place. The woman found it amusing that Shishiwakamaru was curious with this youkai, but in a more hating way.

"Ewwww....I knew he was clingy but wanting...compassion? That is hardly befitting for a demon," Shishiwakamaru said with an obvious look of disgust and distain upon his face. Demons were not supposed to be emotional, it was considered a weakness, one that could be taken advantage of. "I take the human boy had red hair?" he guessed, though from his encounters recently with Youko, he would not be surprised if it was just another random human.

"Yes, apparently he does have red hair. I was instructed to watch over the human for Yomi, but that is all. The creature just came when I was watching outside. It seemed to amused Yomi much," the woman replied with a faint smirk before taking a normal expression once more. Yes, that creature was weak in her eyes, and it was amazing how he could call himself a youkai, and be so emotional about his feelings. She didn't think that most youkais would be THAT emotional. Even the hanyou, Inuyasha had a better control of his feelings, whether they were mutual or not. He didn't act clingy, just protective, "I am as disgusted as the next demon. How does one survive like that?" she asked sarcastically shrugging.

Shishi blinked, surprised Yomi had actually assigned someone one watch over Kurama, he wondered what the goat lord's motives were but he didn't comment on it. "I have no idea, and he seems to be confident that no one can defeat him...but its disgusting how he acts like...a human."

"His actions are almost beyond human," she muttered faintly, and looked at the youkai that seemed to be surprised with her reply to his questions, and adding on about watching over the human. That creature believed no one would beat him. He wasn't really strong by her eyes. The only thing the woman noted to look after was the plants. He seemed to control plants, how amusing, but that was something she kept to herself. She wondered why Shishi was so curious to these things, perhaps the youkai had some sort of idea for something...

"It's disgraceful, really. It's hard to believe Youko Kurama was once a great thief, a legend in demon world...now he is pathetic," he commented thoughtfully, shuddering as he remembered when Youko tried to hit on him.

"Are you cold? I have never heard of Youko Kurama. If he was a great legend, I feel sorry for those who thought he was a legend. How pathetic, I wonder how he hit his head," the woman shrugged again with a faint hollow chuckle at the thought. Of course, wahtever it may be, she didn't want to know. If this creature was a legned, then why did it act so not legend?

"You must not know the story..." Shishi said, glancing at her. "For...at least a century up until less than 20 years ago, Youko Kurama was a legendary thief. Cold, ruthless....everyone in the demon world knows his name to this day. But 16 or so years ago, he was nearly caught and fled to the human world. Many thought he was dead years after...I did as well until I met Shuuichi. Apparently Youko was born as a human, Shuuichi. When Youko emerged for the first time in 16 years at the Dark Tournament, he was without mercy...he would have killed my teammate if I had not put my katana through his neck during the fight. Quite interesting. But now that he is separated from Shuuichi...he has changed into an emotional...disgrace."

"It doesn't ring a bell, perhaps it must be something important in your dimension," Kagura replied, listening to Shishi tell the story of Youko Kurama. What a strange way to tell a story. If the kitsune was as ruthless as he said in the legend, then she was curious on what he did so that he is twice as stupid then twice as smart, "That is a joke. I don't understand how does an older youkai go sour? I would assume people would get smarter as time passed, even youkais."

"I would have assumed that as well," Shishi rolled his eyes. "But instead he turned into an emotional, lustful...flea ridden...thing," he commented.

"Heh, you sure have a fill of words Shishiwakamaru," the woman retorted with a faint smirk on her face, "yes, I suppose he must have been ill in the head at most. How pathetic," she added as well. The woman didn't seem that interested in the legend, or the silver kitsune anymore. He was a joke to the youkai race.

"Agreed," Shishi commented with a scoff of distain. "All this and he has fleas..."

In the shadows nearby, there was a slight ruffling of feathers and red eyes gleamed as Murugu grinned. Oh this was too good.

Kagura fixed her red hues ont he flapping of wings, and looked int he direction as well. It looked like there was some sort o bird there. The woman couldn't help but amuse herself with the intruder, and flipped open her fan and snet some blades of wind towards the intruder, "Fuujin no Mai" she mused and the blades were sent flying. She was interested, very interested in a sort of sick way.

"SQUAWK!!!!" Murugu yelped with surprise and when the knives came flying at her and she quickly flapped her wings to get out of the way.

Shishi glanced up at the bird, raising one eyebrow in amusement. "Oh, thats Suzaku's bird.."

"Eavesdropping now aren't we?" the woman smirked at the squawking bird. It was just a demon bird. How odd, "Suzaku?" the woman inquired faintly, before speaking once more, "looks like we have an intruder anyways. How should I know?" the wind sorceress shrugged again.

"No one of importance, he just does the chores around here," Shishi lied with an arrogant smirk, making no move to stop her.

"I am not an intruder and Suzaku-sama is Yomi-sama's second in command!" Murugu ruffled her feathers with distain.

Kagura only seemed a bit believing, but she hardly saw the youkai, nor did she care about the fact that there was a second in command. Whatever the hell was going on, she was left out for a bit, but whatever the cost, she wasn't ready to pay that cost for such things.
"Eavesdropping is intruding, no matter the person, or ... bird," the woman added, "how about you fly along bird, before I kill you."

Murugu took the hint and took off quickly, she did not want to get charred or worse...

"What a troublesome bird," the woman replied closing her fan and looking back at Shishiwakamaru, "You seemed amused. I will assume you don't like the bird much do you?" the woman asked.

"Not really...she is the pet of a rather annoying demon," Shishi commented with a shrug, smirking as the bird flew off.

"I see," the woman mused, looking about the castle. Since she had entered teh castle, she didn't get much time to move anywhere, except stand theer and converse with Shishi, but nonetheless it didn't really bother her. Somehow, she found it rather amusing to talk with the samurai. He seemed to share many things that she liked or disliked, and perhaps one of the few people that she could get along with easily. Though, she would still watch out for him, he is also a sharp youkai as well.

The samurai smirked, brushing a few fallen strands of hair out of his face. By now it had dried off a bit though. "I best be going, Yomi wants the entire castle cleaned," he yawned.

"Are you his personal maid?" she inquired before thinking how odd of a youkai lord Yomi was. Does he really make his subordinates do this stuff? The woman only waved faintly at the youkai before walking away from him, and towards her room, perhaps she could get some rest before she would run off and keep an eye on the human, "such an odd castle," she added to herself as she walked away from the samurai.

"Hardly, I have to get Suzaku to do and he is difficult," Shishi amended with a grin as he headed towards the kitchen once more. Actually, he just had plans to make tea and take a nap and leave the entire cleaning for Suzaku to do.
