He felt her anxiety - it coursed through his own veins as well. Cradling the box carefully, Kadaj looked out across the grounds, a tiny smirk beginning to twitch at the corners of his lips.

This was it. Mother was returning - surely Big Brother and Sephiroth-sama could feel it as well.

He glanced down at the box. "Mother...are you feeling all right?"

Florian could feel Mother getting closer as he walked. He was very happy, and he couldn't stop smiling. He was finally going to see his Mother. The same Mother who cared about him this whole time. Who made sure everybody was okay. It really felt like a reunion.

It didn't take long for him to arrive at the training grounds. The first person he saw was Kadaj, the same man he met in the park not long ago. He walked up to Kadaj and gave him a smile. "Kadaj! Hi Kadaj!"

'Mother is anxious to have her children.'

It was true, of course, among other concerns. For a moment the cells pooled close to the opening of the box, pressing as close as they could toward the Remnant. That was soothing. Not much else was, given the way her eldest had kept away so long.

Then came the bright tinkling sounds of the one called Florian approaching. Jenova's cells began to settle in again, and quite suddenly all stirred with excitement.

She could feel them all coming.

'Go to them, Kadaj. Bring them to their... Mother.'

Kadaj smiled, cradling the box closer. Hearing a familiar voice, he looked up, seeing Florian arrive along with several others. His smirk widened as he raised a hand, both to wave to the youth, and to beckon them all closer.

"Come! Mother is here - she wishes for all of her children to gather here, for she has missed us all so very much," he called, his voice carrying throughout the training grounds.

A glance up at a tree revealed a strange-looking woman - seemed to be part-animal - but Kadaj gave it no thought for the time being. He was skilled. He would defend Mother with all of his strength.

Florian could feel her. He knew she was happy, and it made him feel happy, too. He waved back at Kadaj and walked closer, looking at the box Kadaj was cradling. He knew Mother was in there.

He nodded, knowing Florian felt her. "Mother is here," he replied. "But first, the gathering must be complete. More are arriving with each passing moment - once we are certain all have arrived, then the Reunion shall truly commence."

Kadaj held the box closer. "Isn't that right, Mother?

Toph arrived after sneaking out of the hotel. She hadn't told Wolfwood where she was going, she knew that he'd stop her from seeing Mother. She could sense the vibrations of many other people around her, more would probably arrive later. She stood quietly and watched her brothers, she could sense Mother with them.

Elena and Evelyn hid in the bushes, guns loaded and watching kadaj intently.
"Remer Elena, dont strike just yet..." evelyn whispered
Elena nodded "I know..."
"In fact, why dont you let me take care of him. You get the children out of here."
"Ok...." Elena was worried.

"More of your children are arriving, Mother," Kadaj said. "Isn't it wonderful?"

Suddenly his brow furrowed, a low growl resounding in his throat as he glared toward the shrubbery nearby. Movement...he blinked, a hand tensing, ready to draw his katana should it be necessary.

The Cetra...she hasn't sent spies...has she?

Rufus fearfully walked up, looking up at the silver haired teen
"This is stupid...." a voice said in the back of his mind

Zexion watched from a safe distance, his eyes narrow. So this was the 'reunion'. In all honesty, he was surprised to see just the man, Kadaj, and not a powerful being. In fact, he was holding...a box. Confused as he was, the former nobody decided it was best to play along for now. At least...until things were properly resolved.

A false grin spreading across his visage, he ran towards the others, exclaiming, "Brothers...I have arrived..." Though, in reality, this was all a ruse.

Rikku looked at everyone around her, a wide smile on her face. "so many siblings!" She clapped her hands happily, giggleing a bit. "This will be fun~!"

Slowly walking to the gathered group, Lulu made her appearance, one of her moogles firmly placed in her arms. Despite the face she was making, she was incredibly pleased that 'Mother' was coming. "..I'm here..." she quietly stated, not caring if anyone noticed her arrival or not.

Yazoo slid up behind Kadaj, tense with an anxiety that was not his own. He put a hand on his brother's shoulder for a moment, a reassurance that his back was guarded, before sweeping the growing crowd.

There were many of them. Mother would be pleased.

Out of the corner of his eye he saw a smaller group gathering, presumably out of sight, and sneered. Was the Cetra there?

Zexion continued to grin, as he stepped closer to the group, keeping his guise on for the time being; he knew that, sooner or later, things could potentially change for the worst.

"So," he said, looking towards Kadaj and Yazoo, "when will it begin? Certainly mother is growing impatient?"
