What: Icing the City and causing mayhem

Where: Hotel hallway and streets

Baby Frost sneaked out of the Hotel, out into the streets. Knowing fattie was still in the Hotel in had to be careful considering, he was small enough to be picked up.
Stepping outside, he found himself singing in a random tone, "I'm going to ice ice, today. La la la la la. Ice, ice. It's so cold. La la la la la la." ^^
He stopped looking around, eyeing in what he should try to freeze first and in seeing the lamp post, took a deep inhale and exhaled out,sqeezing his eyes shut as he blew out, a cloud of white smog engulfed the lamp post and slowly, crept up the post, covering it in complete ice.
Baby Frost opened his eyes and clapped. "I do good." And gave a small evil grin.
Frost skipped down the block to continue his mayhem.
