Ayame layed gently on a matress she had moved near the warmest area of the house. With many blankets and pillows streched out over the matress and around her and her child, creating enough padding for both to be rather comfortable. A small fire burned not far off, emitting warmth into the room. She had a lovely soft insence burning, something calmling and relaxing.
She had left the door unlocked for cain, asking him that if he did manage to show up, just to come in quietly so that she didn't wake those who were sleeping or trying to heal. Not to mention, she would rather not wake the baby. The baby had just gotten done being fed. Ayame cradled the golden eyes child in her arms, rocking it gently and lulling it to sleep. She watched the baby with loving mother eyes.
