Down, right, left, left again...The ferrygirl signed as the oar sped through the dense clouds. Why Koenma had chosen her to deliver this message to the Ningenkai she didn't know...this was normally Botan's job but the other ferrygirl apparently was busy with guiding dead souls back to the Spirit World so it was Ayame who was on her way.
She frowned slightly...the clouds shouldn't be so dark....a rough wind pushed the oar to the side and Ayame gripped it tighter as she weaved back on course.
Finally, she broke through the clouds though the slight frown remained on her face as the oar sped down.
This was not the Ningenkai. But she was certain she had gone the right way...she had made the journal countless times!
Ayame sighed, this was not her day. She should be back in the Spirit World helping Koenma but here was she was...she found a clearing...apparently it must be some kind of park. But she didn't see anyone around as the oar hovered above the ground as the ferrygirl whipped out her book and flipped through the pages. She couldn't be lost...but she had no idea where she was.
