It's sad that I honestly cannot remember some of the episodes in this week's poll. But then again, in my opinion, two very strong episodes are up for the vote.

Molly and her husband are driving along a long deserted highway at night when they come upon a farmer. The next thing Molly knows both the husband and the farmer have disappeared. Things get worse when the Winchesters inform Molly that the farmer is actually a highway ghost who, it seems, appears annually to claim a new victim, who happens to be Molly this time.
No Rest for the Wicked
Dean's time is up and he has to pay the Devil his due. When Lilith resurfaces in New Harmony, Indiana terrorizing a family to no end, Sam, Dean, and Bobby steal Ruby's knife and confront the mother of all demons in a battle to the death.
On the Head of a Pin
Castiel and Uriel ask Dean to torture Alastair for information. But when Alastair breaks free, Castiel starts to believe that there is a traitor among the angels.
Dark Side of the Moon
Dean and Sam are killed by the hunters Walt and Roy. They awake in heaven and Castiel contacts Dean and asks him to seek out the angel Joshua. Meanwhile Zachariah is chasing them in Heaven to force Dean to be Michael's vessel.
And Then There Were None
After a series of brutal murders, Dean, Sam and Bobby travel to investigate and they meet Rufus. They team-up and find that Eve, a.k.a. The Mother of All, is the responsible for the killings. When they find a clue of the location where she might be, they stumble upon Samuel and Gwen who are also chasing Eve. Soon they learn that Eve has created an evil worm that penetrates through the ear and force the victim to kill. Now they do not know who might have been possessed by the creature.
Out with the Old
After a ballerina is found dead from dancing herself to death, Sam and Dean look into the case and discover the ballet slippers she wore were cursed. When Dean accidentally touches the shoes the power of the curse starts to take hold of him.

Sam and Dean come across a mysterious man that dies once every day.

Sam and Dean assist Crowley in the search for the first blade.

Dean and Sam investigate grisly, identical suicides by various people with little in common; the brothers begin to suspect that a priest is involved.
