SET FIRE TO THAT LOT!
I think if I ever ended up writing songs, they'd be one of the following-
1. Songs about MST3K. LOL. Seriously, the phrase "Rock n' roll martian" needs to made into a Bowie-style glam song, like IMMEDIATELY. Not to mention sampling speech from the movies themselves.
2. Parody songs, or 'style songs'. Like...an AC/DC style song (made around the A and D chord progressions, lyrics full of innuendo, etc.) or a reggae-style song. Not sure how that would work, aha. If I'm really going to be singing (even if just at first) I am pretty good at imitating other singers. I do a fairly good impression of Nico :3
3. Songs about random shit. People like Paul McCartney and Frank Zappa have taught me that a song can be about nothing and still be good if its catchy. ...I can't think of anything NOW, but yeah. lol.
