He's empty now. He still breaths and eats, moves and sleeps, but he talks to all of them less and less with each passing day. Nobody'd realised just how much being the Avatar was a part of Aang.
For days Zuko holds briefs on Azula's escape and it isn't long before the whole world knows that she's out there among them somewhere.
Sokka never mentions the whirlwind. After the concussion he'd suffered he isn't even sure if he really saw it. Just thinking about what it could mean leaves the bitter taste of bile in his throat.
'If Aang can't bend at all and she can bend air, what else could she have taken from him?'
