Well the checkout lady at woolies couldn't find lime juice on her products sheet at the checkout, and it didn't have a code on it to scan. I couldn't remember seeing the price (I was just weirded out by the fact that they don't keep lime juice in the "condiments" or "herbs and spices" section, nor is it to be found in the "juice" section, but the only place they appear to keep it is in the "fish" section). So she said "OK, I'll give you this for 99c". I thought that was a pretty good price for lime juice in a squeezy bottle so I said "OK".
Later today I snuck back into woolies to pick up a few things that I'd forgotten, so I wandered past the fish counter (yup) to check out the actual price of lime juice and there was a sign under it saying "REDUCED: 99c".
Why do I feel mildly ripped off?
