Surprised dessert!
Had to attend a full day conference today. To waive our registration fee for the conference, our boss got us to help out in the conference. Hence we had to be at the venue at 7am this morning.... zzzzz... Poor darling had to wake up just as early to send me there :P
Anyway, when I came back from the conference, I was greated by a chocolate fudge cake baked by cw. Haha... it all started with one of our grocery shopping trip. He was looking at a box of Betty Crocker Choc Fudge cakemix. Then I told him "hey, your wife doesn't use pre-mix ok? She work from raw materials". And I told him, for a change why don't he bake for me instead? He took up the challenge and bought the pre-mix. Initially, he wanted to bake only when I am at home so that he doesn't burn down the kitchen. (we are talking about a guy who can only cook instant noodles and fry eggs) But since he was free today, he baked the cake, wash up all the baking equipments and stowed them away before I came home :)
