(no subject)
Managed to get my MAC concealer changed! :) The SA was really nice, when I told her about my problem, she immediately took two other colours which she thought suited me better and tested on the back of my hand. Saw her blending and blending. Perhaps she is trying to see which will melt into my skin better? Anyway, really fuss-free. Have not tried this new one on yet, but hope it will match my skin tone perfectly :)
Went to the JL warehouse sale today. I thought I will be the one getting things but instead, hubby was the one with the most buys! LOL This is so unlike us, I only bought a shower gel whereas he bought a pair of pants, toe-socks, 3 tubes of sunblock and I think something else which I cannot recall now. The part which really surprised me was the 3 tubes of sunblock. He has been using the Simple Sun Protector which I got him some time back. I knew his was finishing and told him to keep a look out for it cos this sunblock is a lot cheaper at sales ($13 vs $21.90 kind of thing). When he saw that it has been slashed down to $10 today, he immediately looked for the expiry date... and asked "should I get 2 or 3 tubes huh?" Haha.... That is so not him :P Well, he did feel bad that he spent so much today. Haha...
I was so tempted to get the Za 2-way foundation. I have seen it on my friend. She used it wet and it looked so nice and natural on her. I actually took a box of it but ended up putting it back cos I have tried numerous powder foundation and they look terrible on my dehydrated skin. So I thought I better learn from my previous experiences and don't waste money on that. But hor, I have not tried using powder foundation wet what... it may turn out different right? :P Ok, ok... banish that thought, you still have so many different liquid foundations to finish up!
