Elizabeth Bennett = Class One Smart-Ass
Pride and Prejudice gets my two thumbs. I adore Darci...even if he is not good with the whole first impression thing...I know a lot of people that didn't really like me by myfirst impressions AND thats why they're BAD!
I saw Prime too last week and in all I liked the movie, but at first I didn't like the ending. Then I had time to think about it and the reason I didn't think I liked it at first is because it wasn't a typical happy-go-lucky storybook ending, ya know the kind that make me bawl. I now have decided I do like it because its realistic for the story line. Movies have the tendency to not be realistic and this was different. So, entertaining movie.
Also for my list, Weather Man. It was ok, entertaining and different. It made me laugh and it gave me something to talk about,but it was darker comedy. I was kinda strange at parts but it still cracked me up. Floppy Boobs though...
Jarhead in MY opinion was also worth seeing. It was extreme, but think it was made to be that way. It really wasn't about combat, but more of the mental test of war. I walked out having enjoyed the movie.
SO, I'm not much of a movie critic, as long as it kept my mind simulated for two hours I find it has fulfilled its purpose.
