I went to my first Rivercats game of the season. Sweet game with tons of friends, fun, and hotdogs. The best part and the goal for the night was to get on the jumbo tron. In all reality I didn't think it was going to happen considering I act like a complete and total goofball at EVERY game I go to so I figured this game wouldn't be much different.
During a pitcher change they played the chicken dance three billion times and we we're all doing it, I was standing up and Amy-ster and Cap't Kink were sitting down. After the second billion time it was played Amy-ster got up with me and danced around. AND THEN IT HAPPENED! The goal was achieved. There we were on the jumbo tron. YES! Ten points from Team STFU.
Other highlights included getting a free R-cats shirt, Phil catching a hog dog, having Bretts sarcastic comments, yelling as loud as my throat and lungs can handle, laughing uncontrollably, the 2nd baseman being my almost favorite person on the planet because he walks up to bat to a Van Halen song, 7th inning stretch, walking about all of downtown to find coffee, and exploding coke my myself. Did I not mention 4 hotdogs with assorted condiments, ice cream bar, and a churro.
There was also something I wanted to add here that I found funny when I fiddling around on the EAGLES website (the eagle 96.9 plays the good classic rock, quite a fan of the classic rock block and twos for tuesday)...garsh what the h was it...well remind me to tell you if you wanted to know because I will probably remember when I'm half asleep when my alarm goes off at 6:30 in the morning because I know I'm not going to remember to turn off my alarm clock on my phone...but for some reason it is bothering me...
Since I'm taking that darned music class....(now class what is a melody....who knows who John Phillip Sousa is...what is some of his work...what does piccolo mean...I liked my answer of small flute...how many of you know what a harpsichord is...dipfaces in that class)...it bothers me that people don't know about REAL music and instruments. There is more to music then A) digital sounds B) guitars C) drum sets D) and a Piano. Don't they teach that in the 4th grade? Another thing my Prof said today which I kinda agree with is people are loosing the capability to sing. So much modern music does not contain singable material. There are the small majority that love to sing and will sing to just about anything, but there are so few singers these days. I think it might be in the way a person grows up. Everyone in my household sings EXCEPT my younger brothers. Funny, they are the ones who listen to the shit music. Figures.
I have so much on my mind right now...I wonder why that is..I'm going into the badness of VONNER worry zone. Yikes.
<64.49275%-Mega Music Nerd>--- I'm a singer, I'm a joker, and I'm a midnight toker...whatever a toker is.
