Well I sit in a crowded computer lad again. It has been a long weekend. We did inventory at the store. We have over 33,000 movies, and only 46 came up missing in the end. Not a bad percentage in my opinion. It is a long story, which I don't have time to tell now, but I am without a phone for the next three days. Verision is cool, but radioshack sucks, that is all I have to say about it right now. Anyways I didn't want to post anything about my summer job, until it was confirmed, and I heard back for Dave yesterday. I will be spending the summer working with my friend Dave in the Chicago area. I will be going on tour with him, and the show he has been working on for the past few months, to a year. I am so damn excited to get out of this state. I am so damn excited to get paid to do theatre. I am so damn excited for anything right now. I went to see the movie Jarhead last night. It was phenominal. It really makes one think about the mentality of marines, and what they go through in a war situation. There is alot of language, mostly the fuck word, some sexuality, and some rather gruesome images, but I would recomend anyone to go see it. Don't get me wrong, it blew my mind. I need to sitdown once a day and thank god for Sam Mendes. What my life would be without him, I do not know. I heard a critique of the movie a few days ago on the radio. The professional critic said the first half was really good, but the second half of the movie was choppy, and disconnected, with short scenes that were hard to connect. This made me think twice about seeing it, but after I watched it I remembered why I don't like movie critics. None of them knows shit about movies. The first half of this movie was great, and the second half only got better. Maybe I should become a film critic, everyone would love me. Anywho I have to get to class again, have a good week all, and I will hit you all back soon.
Lovies,
Josh
