Man. That was one of the best basketball games I've seen in a long time. Finally, NC State beats UNC...first time since 2003. Atsur took command of the game, McCauley was big inside, Fells was hot from behind the arc...and Grant's reverse dunk on the breakaway was ridiculous, highlight-rell material. But if you ask me the main reason we won, it's Sidney Lowe. He believes. He knows we can beat UNC no matter who takes the floor for them. He's done it as a player, and now as a coach. He has the fire. He believes. That's something that I don't know if Herb ever really had.
Took a quick lap around campus just afterward...very nice to see the bell tower lit up in red. Hillsborough Street is already blocked off from Pullen all the way down to Gardner. 'Tis a good day for Wolfpack Nation...I think there just may be hope for this season after all!
