Keith: "I suffer for my art. Now it's your turn."
So I let my Monkeyville membership lapse due to being broke and all. Then serenityblue hits me with a "Hey, there's a contest I wanna know more about!!" txt message the other day. I forgot about it on purpose, refusing to dive back in to my more than casual observance of the wonderful Keith. His website has too many goodies on it, too many vids, too many general fun things, and it can absolutely suck hours out of the day, so I let my membership lapse and I refused to go back to the site.
Then I get bugged about the contest again in IM, not so easy to ignore, and so I helpfully go to www.keithurban.net to check out the contest thing because she has very little time in her work day to spend browsing. I figured in and out, over and done with, I would have no problems leaving the site.
I FAIL.
First off I found a vid of Glenn Campbell and Keith performing 'Wichita Lineman' in Vegas, prolly about a year ago now? I'd just never seen the vid before and that's one of my all time fave songs.
So that starts me poking around more. And then I find the making of vid for "Till Summer Comes around."
He's returning to story vids it looks like, so in addition to being one of my fave songs, it might just become my fave vid. We shall see.

And I watched others after that and after that and after that... I grabbed the outtakes I could find but nothing hilarious from the tour, alas, like there was from Living Right Now and uhmmm that DVD of his last tour that I forgot the name of. 0=c>
Oh, and I still haven't checked into that contest because she bailed seconds after I got to the site in the first place. Stopped looking because I wouldn't be able to report to her. Now I'm left wandering his site for no good reason at all. Argh. DAMNIT MAGGIE!!!!!
EDIT: Saved from keith by chi1013 !!! She sent me stuff and it just arrived!! Dragon*Con stuff!!! I finally get my signed loot!! woot!!!
