This news update is courtesy me finally flipping off the useless land-owner and doing what he told me NOT to do at the onset: have a conversation about the pot with the pothead renters. They got tired of the cop visits and "spying" that their landlord was encouraging. He did it to himself. And I'm sure the recent noise with the city council didn't make them feel any better, either. 0=c> But still.
