JOURNAL ENTRY FROM SEPTEMBER 22, 2002.
George W Buh says he is going to war and taking his friends along with him unless the UN "shows some backbone" it says in an article in the herald on page 22.
it's next to an article about a teacher being lectured after sex with a pupil.
The "war on terror" only makes it to page 6 now, the headline "no firm pledge on Iraq attack" so what a semi or a complete softy of a pledge then Johnny? Secret dick handshakes, comparisons and inspections.
"we have made no advance commitment" says Johnny
"There has been no descion taken by the US and there has been no commitment made by this government to commit miltary forces to a strike against Iraq."
Yet what about when the US does go ahead and attack Iraq?
What about then Johnny?
Australia sent troops to Afghanistan, and Iraq is much more of a threat.
Georgie would pull the old "if you're not with us you're against us."
