"Totschlagargument": literally "Argument to batter someone to death with". Any sort of argument that immediately robs the other party of any way to respond intelligently.
Prime examples: "You can only understand it if you've experienced it yourself", "You're too young/the wrong colour/gender/etc.", "You clearly don't know what you are talking about".
