I haven't been in Fife for aaages, and suddenly all my plans converge on the kingdom;
On Sunday I had an impromptu adventure to St Andrews with Cutter and Jen which resulted in fish and chips on the beach and Cutter getting a cold arm. I've never been to St Andrews and I must go back, two hours isnt long enough for signtseeing and it is very very pretty.
(Plus, I want to build sand castles infront of the castle)
Next, tomorrow Lady P and myself are heading off for a two day cycling adventure round the Howe of Fife.
There are plans for big fat lunch somewhere along the way, and a comfy B&B with organic foodstuffs to rest us inbetween. Bliss!
Plus, I get to cycle through all the Kettles, (Kingskettle, Kettlebridge,Kettlehill) past Ladybank (heeeee!) examine extremely pretty Falkland and see lots of pastoral scenery on the way.
Wheeeeee!
Heres hoping my knee doesnt explode like last time I cycled through Fife. (I have lots of strapping tape, pain killers and am seriously contemplating taking the pain veg)
Last on the list, on sunday (when I'm hopefully recovered from my bicycle adventures) I will veer from my Fife-ing and head up to Argyll to look at neolithic stuff and try out the walks for the next NVA show.
All this outside is great.
