Alan Turing

Very happy that shooting of "Turing" has been started - the story of Alan Turing should be reconstructed and presented, it is too important to be known solely by computer scientists interested in the roots of their field.
Great that exactly Benedict is playing this amazing person, who was one of the pioneers of computer science, who made so much to stop nazis in the Second World War, who introduces so many ideas we use now in our computer systems, who was not genius but also romantic, and who was almost pushed to suicide.
I think, the movie will be very touching and as sad and painful as "The third star" is. The story of Turing ends with an bitten apple - the current symbol of Mac (from Newton to Turing - it's fair). It hurts even when I think what will be the final scenes of the movie. And in comparison to "The third star" the main character in the movie can't say "... and there is no tragedy in that". There is a tragedy. There is..
