A revalation
So, my mother and I went to DQ to get dessert for the family. On the way there, she told me (in more detail) why we were going to a dinner theater tomorrow night, instead of the normal pubbing escapade deal on Sunday. She said Bob called her this morning, asking her if they had tickets for this dinner show on Saturday. She said no, but they were going to go down to the Carrigan on Sunday. Bob then said that their gig at the Carrigan was cancelled. Apparently, a lot of pubs up here aren't doing so well, financially. So, she said "Aw, well Bethany will be sad. She wanted to celebrate her birthday with you guys". He asked when my birthday was, and she said tomorrow. He was like "OMG. Well, that's unfortunate. Tell her I'm really sorry, and that I wish her a happy birthday."
