Her name is Lady, she's my brother-in-law's dog. This was taken while we were on a picnic and we decided to get some portrait shots of her.

This photo was taken three weeks ago, during Hurricane Ike. You can see the tree damage, and minor flooding. Thankfully, me and mine turned out blessed. No one we knew had any major damage, and the only annoyance was the 2 days without power.

My friends and I went to a garden/estate near my college in an effort to procrastinate. We wandered around for awhile and just as we were about to leave, this little guy came over and said hi. I wish he would have opened up his feathers, but I guess were lucky to have seen him at all! I'll pretend it's good luck to have a peacock cross your path.

The gorgeous Tequila Patron Acura Le Mans Prototype Car (I suppose that is its full name) qualifying at Petit Le Mans. Sadly, the next day, the car only made it 16 laps into the 394 lap/10 hour race and couldn't be fixed. Worst of all this was after they had just rebuilt it from the previous day. I wish I could have gotten more pictures of it, but I love the ones I was able to get.
