Voltron, Defender of the Universe? Or spawn of Satan?
I just realized I've never posted anything about Voltron. I started this journal with the idea of quoting, in order, from all the chapter's of Voltaire's Candide and relating them to my own life and situation, but that quickly became tedious and somehow morphed into ridiculously long quotes from Orwell's 1984 and then on to whateverthefuck. Luckily only two or three people read my journal at the time. Anyway... half my lj name is a pun on Voltaire's name as well as an homage to a really great cartoon from the 80's. It was a simplistic good robot vs. evil reptillian villain kind of show, but I was young and naive, so I loved it. I went to go find a video to share, and found one that made me totally reconsider everything I ever thought I knew about Voltron...
The funny thing is, I didn't become a disciple of Lucifer until after I stopped watching Voltron and the Transformers. Maybe the seed planted as a child needed time to subconsciously take root! Either that or these guys are retarded batshit crazy morons...
