The following article caught my attention today:

It's about a man who shot a woman and is being charged with double homicide because the woman was 10 weeks pregnant, well within the timeframe for her to legally have an abortion. Now, taking into account the precedent set by Roe vs. Wade and the stance of Pro-Choice persons, why is this man being charged with the homicide of the "fetus"? Furthermore, what possible impacts are cases like these going to have when making an argument to keep abortion legal?
