(no subject)
One of my acquaintances dragged me out of my hole to a handball match. I've never actually attended any sport matches in my life but that was quite an experience. I'm a big fan of videogames and watching a match in real time gives the same kind of adrenaline, only that it's stronger and even more violent.
It was Cup Winners Cup (not the finals though), Denmark vs. Russia. My friend invited me to help her to support Danish girls which I did with a pleasure. I've always loved Scandinavians and only recently found out they were my ancestors :D Anyways. When we arrived there we understood we were alone in our feelings - whole arena supported Russia LOL Nevertheless, we passionately tried to cheer up Midtjylland that eventually lost. But I have to say they at least won my heart. Now I'm a big handball fan and looking forward to see more matches, especially with Midtjylland.
I had a chance to test my new photocam during the match. I'm so pleased with the pictures!
Danish girls hold Russian. No.11 is Captain Gro Hammerseng, No.5 is Isabel Blanco. Eventually, those two became my favorite players of the match (because they were really GOOD).

In the end, they all are such brave girls to play such dangerous sport. They are just amazing.
