D'oh! Email issues.
Sometime in the past couple of weeks, a configuration change occurred upstream of my mail server, unbeknownst to me. This change appears to have resulted in at least some, and possibly all, of my outgoing mail being silently dropped. Now I am aware of the problem I have routed around it, so my outgoing mail now works again. Sadly, I have no way of knowing exactly when the problem started, or how much of my mail was discarded. At this time I do not believe any inbound mail was lost.
So, I will be resending a bunch of mail tonight, just in case. My apologies if you get duplicates. If I owe you mail, and you do not see it tonight, please let me know in comments (screened for privacy).
