I'm beginning to think I have the world's dumbest computer. It had an issue a few weeks ago where the moniter would just go off for no apparent reason. It doesn't like to shut down all the time. It just sits there and does nothing. Last night, Dad and I were trying to figure out why the sound for my new headset was coming out of my speakers and not through my headphones. He had a brand new video card he bought a couple months back for my comp (that he ended up not needing) that he put in. That fixed it. Then my internet just up and died. Dad says he's reformatting the thing to see if that will help.
On to a more fun subject. I got to go a friend's house over the weekend. YAY!! We had so much fun!! There were 7 of us girls over for her b'day and as anyone can guess we talked a lot. Well, we talked when we weren't watching Batman Begins. That is an awesome movie!!! His car rocks!!!! Anyway, we were up until 2 a.m. Saturday night, then had to get up at around 7-7:30 to get ready for church. Mom and Dad had left for a funeral in Florida Sunday morning, so I got to go back home with my friend and spend one more night. (I think my brother wound up at my aunt's. He at least went to church with them. I'm not sure. Nobody briefed me on where he was before I left Saturday afternoon.) We watched The Phantom of the Opera after supper Sunday night, 2 hours of I Love Lucy after that, and then went to bed. Man, I want the soundtrack for The Phantom!!!! But it'll prolly have to wait until after Christmas.
The day The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe comes out is getting closer. I say the trailer on TV last night for about the second time and felt another rush of excitement. My dad even said he'd take us to see it. Which shocked the stew outa me! It's gonna be so good since WETA is doing the graphics. And with Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan, it can't get any better than that!! Wait! Yes it can!! The possibility of getting to see it with our friends from Savannah makes it totally the best!!! They're going to be in Bainbridge the weekend of the 9th and want to see it while they're down here if at all possible. I hope they can make it for church as well.
Gotta run!!
