My parents got my brother and I hooked on a guy named David Meece. On one of his albums he has a song called "All the Time". In the song there are the lines: "I want You all the time to fill my heart with Your love. I want You all the time to fill my life with Your touch. I want You all time, both day and night, through good and bad I'll give my life to serve Thee, only You, and all I want to do is live for You all the time." Those lines spoke to my heart. They made me think that that's what I want God to do to me. I struggle with a quick temper and saying stuff before I think. I want His love in my heart for other people and for Him.
People in today's society are to quick to blame others for their own problems. We can't suck up our own actions and take responsibility for ourselves. Americans are lazy, self-centered, and too doggone government reliant! Our nation was founded on godly principals and ideals. But all that's gone to the pits!! If we would just want what those lines in that song say, our people and our country would be better.
