*Sarah Updates*
I’m actually updating. You can all be shocked and amazed now. LOL.
I’ve been really busy lately - working and going to the Y on Mondays, volleyball on Tuesdays and Fridays, this Wednesday I had a band concert to play in, skating on Thursdays and Sundays and I have a two day volleyball tourney this weekend. Whew! On top of that, all the teachers are cramming in all this work so that we can get through everything we’re supposed to - except for my college algebra class, in which we’ll probably finish two weeks ahead of time. Go figure. *cracks up*.
Not much happened today. I found out that this kid that I always thought was gay was actually a German exchange student - so I guess that explains it. LOL. I had a chem test second hour, which I have bad feelings about. Oh well. In English class, Chrissy and I were talking about how much fun playing ultimate Frisbee in Lifeguarding class was and I said something about how it was gross to get all hot and sweaty in the middle of the school day and Eric heard me and he started going, “Geeze, you’re such a…” And then he stopped. So I said, “Girl, right? I’m such a girl? I should hope so.”
It was really funny, but only because we have this ongoing joke in English class about how women are inferior to men.
I also found out in English that my poem I submitted to SAGA got chosen to be in it. I didn’t think it was going to make it in and now I wish I wouldn’t have submitted it. I guess it’s too late now.
After school I had volleyball but the ISC gets so unbelievably hot when it gets warm around here, so we got out a half hour early. I mean, when we were just doing simple serving drills we were all sweating like pigs. It’s disgusting. They’d better get that air conditioning working by tomorrow or I will die of heat stroke at the tourney. Can you tell I like to whine? *laughs*.
Alright, well, I guess that’s it.
